BARTOW COUNTY, GEORGIA (2/11/2020) — North Georgia is currently experiencing heavy rain, causing significant problems for residents. Many roads have been shut down due to dangerous driving conditions, and various schools have been delayed or closed.

There are closures for the following counties in North Georgia:

  • Bartow County: Cassville White Road is currently closed because of flooding.
  • Cherokee County: Ammons Road near Highway 108 is open again. As of right now, no roads are closed in this county. All residents are advised to use caution when traveling today.
